Is it compulsory to register before going to Hong Kong Coca-Cola Museum?

Yes, it is. As the museum is located inside our bottling plant, booking and registration is needed before entering the premises.

We do not allow outside food and drinks in the museum. Guests can enjoy the beverages provided by Swire Coca-Cola in the museum.

Are photography and recording allowed in the Hong Kong Coca-Cola Museum?

Guests are allowed to photograph and record within the museum. Photography and recording are prohibited in other areas of the bottling plant.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The Museum will be closed if the typhoon signal no. 8, or above, is in force before or during opening hours. The Museum will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled or lowered to signal no.3, or below, 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Museum will remain closed if the signal is cancelled or lowered to signal no.3, or below, less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.

 

The Museum will be closed if "extreme conditions" is in force before museum opening hours. The Museum will resume service within 2 hours if "extreme conditions" is cancelled 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Museum will remain closed if "extreme conditions" is cancelled less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.

 

The Museum will be closed if the black rainstorm signal is in force before opening hours. The Museum will remain open if the signal is issued during opening hours. The Museum will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled 2 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Museum will remain closed if the signal is cancelled less than 2 hours before the normal closing time.

How will my personal data be used?

The personal data provided by means of the application form will only be used for processing the application. Unless otherwise specified, Swire Coca-Cola HK will retain the information for 3 months. Under Section 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants may request access to and/or a correction of their personal data provided in the application form.
